**SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $100 MUST BE DROPPED BY THE OFFICE WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR KEY CODE**
RESTROOMS WILL BE CLOSED IN THIS BUILDING FROM OCTOBER 27TH - MARCH.
All Tri-Township Park District Ordinances and all park rules shall be obeyed. Failure to obey will result in forfeiture of your deposit: for major damages, you will be billed for restoration in addition to forfeiture of your deposit.

Key code must be picked up at least 2 to 3 days prior to the rental at the park office, no early admission to the facility, unless approved by park staff. Failure to put key back in lock box immediately after event will result in a $50.00 charge to replace the key.

1. Any use of shelters other than stated on the contract.
2. Failure to clean-up facility.
3. No alcoholic beverages without a liquor permit
4. Any and all damages to equipment or shelters
5. No glass containers in park
6. All activities must conclude by midnight
7. No refunds for inclement weather
8. Refunds will be honored for cancellations up to 7 days prior to the event
9. Shelter is rented for the entire day and for that day only
10. No early admittance without prior approval
11. Failure to return key to lock box immediately after event.
