Holds a maximum of 60 people with 60 blue chairs, 14 - 8ft rectangular white tables, with a long serving counter, refrigerator, and sink with 2 restrooms. Two private entrances.

All Tri-Township Park District ordinances and the following community center rules shall be obeyed. Failure to obey will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. For major damages, you will be billed for restoration in addition to forfeiture of your deposit.
Key code will need to be picked up 2-3 days prior to the rental date at the park office by no later than 4PM on Fridays at 410 Wickliffe Street. Failure to put key back in lock box will result in a $50.00 charge for a new key.
1. Rice, confetti, glitter (stars, hearts, etc.) or birdseed shall not be used on the premises, either inside or outside of the building.
2. Any use of the Community Center other than what is stated on the contract.
3. No alcoholic beverages without a liquor permit.
4. NO SMOKING. The Community Center is a SMOKE FREE building.
5. Any and all damages to equipment or the facilities.
6. All activities must be concluded by midnight.
7. No use of smoke machines.
8. All removal of center's decorations must be pre-approved and decorations must be replaced in exact location before leaving.
9. Equipment rentals cannot be left in the facility overnight.
10. There should be no interference with upper level renter. They have their own set of rights, rules and responsibilities. Consideration should be extended to their event also. Please be courteous.
11. No pets allowed in the building except service dogs.
12. No incense or candle burning allowed in building.
13. Keys must be returned to the lock box and immediately after event, if key is not returned a $50.00 fee will be charged to replace the key.
14. Moving of tables and chairs from the upper level is prohibited.
15. Early admittance to facility will cause the forfeiture of your deposit.
16. REFUNDS WILL BE HONORED FOR CANCELLATIONS UP TO 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
17. Rental is for the entire day and for that day only, for early access you must have prior approval from park office.
18. Center must be left in the condition it was found. This includes, but is not limited to, sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
