Note:

Birthday Parties $50 non refundable deposit that applies to the rental at time of booking.
All other rentals $300 rental deposit to be applied to the cost of rental at time of booking and the remainder due 2 weeks prior to the event.
Event rentals we will need the following 2 weeks prior to your event:

*An Activity Center Rental Agreement will need to be filled out and on file.
If you will have alcohol at your event, please fill out the Liquor Permit Form. This will allow people to bring in (BYOB) alcohol to your event for their own consumption.This does not allow for the serving/selling of alcohol. If your event will be serving/selling, you will need to contact the City of Troy for a Special Use License. This will require an application with the City and State-this pertains to ANY event, open to the public or closed for your group.

The basic reservation is for the rental of the hall. You are in charge of table/chair set up and breakdown along with ALL clean up to include the following: Trash to dumpster and relined, Vacuum carpeted area, Sweep and mopping of the skate floor, Clean up of restrooms-trash taken out and floors swept, Lock up of the building, The hall needs to be left like it was found.
Options if you wish not to do the set up or cleanup:
$150 Set up to put up all tables and chairs
$150 Breakdown/Clean up of tables and chairs, sweep, mop, vacuum, trash.
If you wish to add set up or break down/clean up to your invoice, we will need to know a min of 2 weeks prior to your event to schedule staff.

A $300 Cleaning/Damage Deposit Check is now required 2 weeks prior to your event. This can be paid at the park office with your Liquor Permit App Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or mailed to 410 Wickliffe St. Troy, IL.
If all of the following items are performed, the deposit will be returned-you will able to pick it up the Monday following your event at the park office. All Trash to dumpster and relined, Vacuum carpeted area, Sweep and mopping of the skate floor, Clean up of restrooms- trash taken out and floors swept, Wipe off all tables, All tables and chair stacked properly and returned to the storage area, Lock up of the building, and No DAMAGE to any part of the building or equipment.
